Why this flood in Kerala?
Does it mean that this can happen often if we have heavy rain? When a heavy structure like dam is constructed, it is supposed to follow certain guidlines. Like any new product manufactured, it will have a manual that list out the varies ways to use the dam and its functionalities. Each Dam will have its own specifications for public safety and proper channel of water out flow in emergency situations. The manual of a dam is its 'handbook'. Why did this big disaster happen in kerala? Is it because of unclear paths and canals ? Many such channels are forested all over here. Really was there a way out to prevent this effectively? ...At least not to repeate this for ever!
