The 21 year old psychology and sound engineering student for the last 3 years from Russia was expelled from the university recently and jailed. A little knowledge of any thing is harmful to the society , so its said that knowledge should be complete .But knowledge can never be complete indicating that its harmful, we are the one who should make its effect neutral to the society (at-least). This handsome psychology student says that he would like to clean the earth of "Biological garbage" .  Police  officers say that he is bipolar in his words and even reveled about his mother and elder brother beating up him. He psychologically influenced teen agers and with interest on young girls he motivated and incited them towards their death. He has been arrested a month ago and has been sentenced to three years of jail in Russia. Finally he created a game that will take this task.

as he says: "THERE ARE PEOPLE – AND THERE IS BIOLOGICAL WASTE. THOSE WHO DO NOT REPRESENT ANY VALUE FOR SOCIETY. WHO CAUSE OR WILL CAUSE ONLY HARM TO SOCIETY. I WAS CLEANING OUR SOCIETY OF SUCH PEOPLE"

What value does he represent for the society?

One of the tactics he used on teens was of sleep deprivation.

“At some point, it is necessary to push the teenager not to sleep at night. (In this way, their) psyche becomes more susceptible to influence.”

He said he was manipulating and administering them to make them feel “happy” by providing them the warmth and understanding they don’t usually get in life.

More surprisingly, since his arrest, girls have been writing him love letters.

That’s evil incarnation and he has influenced so many lives. But he denies being associated with all the deaths that this bizarre Blue Whale Challenge has caused. He claimed to only have been directly associated with 17 of them. The other teens who killed themselves had communicated with him but didn’t commit suicide under his direct influence.

"Surprisingly, he said that there were 28 more people ready to take their lives and play the life-claiming game."

                      

This is downright bizarre. He claims to be bipolar and that makes the whole thing even more alarming, because in there somewhere is a boy who was a victim of abuse and violence. But, the other side of him, who is on the front and in charge, seems to have gnawed his sense of the wrong and right leading him to create such a dangerous online game. His knowledge in psychology and sound engineering gave him more access to manipulation and we are just astounded by what he chose to create.

The game he made was such that a curator selects teens through on personal chat and are asked repeatedly if they are sure they want to begin the game and are warned that the only way they win is by dying. If the player persists, then the challenges begin. Once the game begins and if the participant is hesitant, the curators 'threaten' to kill these kids' loved ones by making them believe they have details of their friends and families and force them into continuing the game. Then, as the kids go further, these curators obtain pictures and secrets which they can use to their benefit

Th game challenge has a group of administrators or a certain curator gives a participant a task to complete daily — for a period of 50 days — the final resulting in committing suicide. The participants are expected to share photos of the challenges/tasks completed by them. Each task also needs to be photographed or videotaped, so the administrators have proof of completion and authenticity, including the final suicide.

The Blue Whale Challenge

'The Blue Whale Challenge' started in 2013 in Russia, with Budeikin making online contact with people. It all began on the Russian social media platform where participants download the app, sign up for a profile and then put out a public post expressing their interest in playing the game. The curators 'find' the person who generally track certain specific hashtags that catch their interest like #curatorfindme #iamawhale #thebluewhale #wakemeupat420 etc

It then spread to other countries like US, UK France. So alarmed were French police that they tweeted in May 2017 warning about the dangers of it.

3. Cut your arm with a razor along your veins, but not too deep, only 3 cuts, send a photo to the        curator.
4. Draw a whale on a sheet of paper, send a photo to curator.
5. If you are ready to "become a whale", carve "YES" on your leg. If not, cut yourself many times    (punish yourself).
6. Task with a cipher.
7. Carve "f40" on your hand, send a photo to curator.
8. Type "#i_am_whale" in your VKontakte status.
9. You have to overcome your fear.
10. Wake up at 4:20 a.m. and go to a roof (the higher the better)
11. Carve a whale on your hand with a razor, send a photo to curator.

12. Watch psychedelic and horror videos all day.
13. Listen to music that "they" (curators) send you.
14. Cut your lip.
15. Poke your hand with a needle many times
16. Do something painful to yourself, make yourself sick.
17. Go to the highest roof you can find, stand on the edge for some time.
18. Go to a bridge, stand on the edge.
19. Climb up a crane or at least try to do it
20. The curator checks if you are trustworthy.
21. Have a talk "with a whale" (with another player like you or with a curator) in Skype.
22. Go to a roof and sit on the edge with your legs dangling.
23. Another task with a cipher.
24. Secret task.
25. Have a meeting with a "whale."
26. The curator tells you the date of your death and you have to accept it.
27. Wake up at 4:20 a.m. and go to rails (visit any railroad that you can find).
28. Don't talk to anyone all day.
29. Make a vow that "you're a whale."

30-49. Everyday you wake up at 4:20am, watch horror videos, listen to music that "they" send you, make 1 cut on your body per day, talk "to a whale."

50. Jump off a high building. Take your life.

Blue Whale is a twisted suicide challenge that incites vulnerable teens into killing themselves.The dangerous game has been linked to at least 130 teen deaths across Russia and police and with the recent death in Mumbai, it seems that the horrifying game has caught up with some kids in the city.

Some are even reported to have suicide in India for this game.

A court sentenced the 22-year-old Russian creator of the Blue Whale game Philipp Budeikin to three years in jail for inciting Russian youths to kill themselves.

The 22-year-old confessed that he convinced about 16 young girls to end their lives saying that he thinks that his victims were just ‘biological waste’ and told police that they were 'happy to die' and that he was ‘cleansing society’.

The first task the Radio Free Europe journalist was assigned was to scratch one of the games hashtags, "F58" into their arm. The journalist tried to fool the game's administrator with a Photoshopped image but the admin didn't fall for it and stopped replying.

At the end of 2015, a 17-year-old Russian girl named, Rina Palenkova posted this selfie online moments before jumping in front of an oncoming train. The train driver saw Rina and desperately tried to stop the train but he couldn't and Rina was killed by the impact.


As well as posting the haunting photos, the teen also left a message on her social media accounts, simply saying "goodbye."


Since her suicide several online communities and death groups, including 'Sea of Whales' have been sharing Rina's photos and claiming that she was part of their internet suicide groups, but her death has not been officially linked to any specific online group.


However, a more sinister double-suicide early in 2017 has been linked directly to Blue Whale. Yulia Konstantinova, 15 and Nika Volkova, 16 took their lives together by jumping from a 14-storey building. Shortly before her death Yulia posted a photo of a blue whale on Instagram and changed her VK status to "end." Nika also left a similar message on her VK profile, "sense is lost... End."


Blue Whale and similar games have been linked to at least 80 of 130 recent teen suicides by Russian media but no concrete links between any of these deaths have been confirmed by police.
"We counted 130 suicides in children that occurred in Russia from November 2015 to April 2016. Almost all of them were members of the same group on the Internet."

The Blue Whale Game  also "Blue Whale Challenge", is an Internet "game" that is claimed to exist in several countries. The game allegedly consists of a series of tasks assigned to players by administrators during a 50-day period, with the final challenge requiring the player to commit suicide.The term "Blue Whale" comes from the phenomenon of beached whales, which is linked to suicide.

Blue Whale began in Russia in 2013 with "F57", one of the names of the so-called "death group" of the VKontakte social network, and allegedly caused its first suicide in 2015

As per new updates a Chennai youth ,Vignesh, a second year student in B com committed suicide  with his death note written in tamil as,

                       "Once you enter the Blue Whale game you never exist"

Police found out his hands curved with the Blue Whale symbol and therefore its believed t be a blue whale attack.
