The technology is growing and this automates and advances the industrial processes progressing in this era. ChatGPT is an intelligent chatbot powered by Artificial Intelligence introduced to the world by OpenAI, an AI R&D company. It can make customized presentations, excel sheets, documents and even code for you in 12 different languages. It can teach you on advanced subjects and help you with your day to day work. Few new startup advertisers interprets this as the Youtube ad says "Did you know that ChatGPT will replace you in the coming days ? Join my live master class to know what to do! ". 

ChatGPT is introduced to aid the mankind in making their life easier. It should assist them is making the world a better place. Unfortunately, many normal class employees are scared about their rising insecurity from this emerging threat. It is said that ChatGPT could replace many mid career, mid ability white collar IT workforce by automation. ChatGPT calls for interdependence and co-operation in employees from various fields of work and knowledge to work together for survival. The intellect and competence of a human being is beyond the dimension of any man made ChatGPTs. Every person has a minimum ability to do something. The act when a management is unable to channel their potential in the right direction and plans towards downgrading and reducing them from the organization points towards the failure of that management team. As the top authorities of any organization who are the elite group treated with respect by their employees, they are supposed to motivate their resources and inspire them towards their personal success stories in align with their organizational values and business. In addition to expanding their business, meeting the basic security and interests of their people are also their primary responsibility.

As the dedicated employees of an organization committed towards the growth and expansion of business, they should discuss with their leaders towards upskilling themselves and moving their path towards triumph.
