What's your Ego ?

How do you talk with anyone around you ?

say, you landed in a tribal island but fortunately they speak English. wow you also know English! but how do you talk with them ?

Have you at-least once in your life sparked a conflict with anyone ?

Maybe there was a conflict with the egos and the fire lighted with a cigar scrap.

A person's sense of self esteem and self importance is defined as his ego. Having ego is not bad. Trainers and motivators often inspires everyone with key words like self respect and self esteem. We should have them to be live in life. Your self confidence and drive from within often probably comes out of self respect and self esteem that tells you, "YOU ARE SOMETHING".

But,

Everybody near you also has these things. They may shout out and dominates themself on  you with confidence due the this. That's when we call them "Egoistic". Ego is a part of mind that mediates between conscious and unconscious and is responsible for reality testing and personal identity. As everybody has ego, psychology classifies this into three categories:

Parent Ego: caring, protective dominating, "bossy" often

Child Ego: curious, questioning, innocent (like a child)

Adult Ego: Like the intelligent self respecting self. He can understand everything about your intention and history of intentions from talking to you.

Now how do you talk ? Lets match the pairs:

Parent Ego can be dealt with a Child Ego smoothly and vise versa. Adult Ego needs another Adult Ego to be dealt smoothly. Be careful with the Adult!
